How do I buy an artwork on the website?

 Can you organise delivery of an artwork?

Yes, our managers can organise delivery to any address.

 

Our gallery collaborates with reliable shipping companies: DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc.

 

We can offer you a variety of delivery options, as well as cargo insurance, so that you could select the option, which would suit you best.

 

Prior to shipping, all artworks are carefully packed by our team of professionals.

 

Shipping, insurance, and export documents for the customs are not included in the prices of artworks, which are specified on the website. Information on the total cost of your order will be provided to you by our manager by phone or email, which you have indicated in your contact details.

 

A tracking number will be sent to you after you order is placed and the delivery option is sorted.

 

Delivery time within Russia usually takes 3-10 days; delivery from Russia to foreign countries may take 5-15 days.

Can I request fitting of artworks in my interior?

Yes, we provide the service of artworks fitting in our customers’ interiors.

 

Our manager delivers the selected pieces to your place, unpacks the artworks and assists you with choosing the right place in the interior.

 

In case everything suits you, we proceed with the payment.

 

When you need time to think about the purchase, the artworks, which you have chosen may be left in your interior for up to 7 days. However, in this situation a deposit equal to the cost of the painting is required.

Payment methods

Payment is available online by bank card via the gallery website. All payments via our website are made through the secure payment system. A receipt is sent to the customer automatically after the payment was processed.

Alternative methods of payment:

 

By cash or credit card at the gallery

 

By cash upon receipt (by individual agreement)

 

Bank payment from individuals: our manager issues an invoice, which can be paid at any bank’s branch.

 

Cashless payments are accepted from legal entities. In this case our manager issues an invoice with the details of your organisation and emails it to you. You receive all the relevant documents with your order.

Are the paintings framed?

Some paintings may already be framed, but it depends on the artist and specific artwork.

 

You can receive more information about the frames from our specialists, who would also provide you with photographs of framed artwork.

 

The gallery could offer a variety of frames, which would suit your artworks and match your interior. We have more than a hundred options of different styles and colours. Please be assured that we will find the variant, which would suit you best!
