Anatoly Dymant was born in 1985 in Sevastopol. A member of the Russian Union of Artists, Professional Russian Union of Artists, National Russian Union of Artists.
Works are held in Sevastopol Art Museum named after Kroshitsky, in Museum of Memorial Complex "35 Shore Battery" in Sevastopol, in private collections.
