Ilnur Siraziev was born in 1970. Painter, monumental and graphic artist. He graduated from the Kazan Art School, where the master Rashid Tukhvatullin (1985-1989) was his teacher.
Ilnur continued his studies at the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after Surikov in the studio of monumental painting of the People's Artist of the Russian Federation E.N. Maximova (1989-1996).
From 1999 to 2001, he studied at the Creative Workshop of the Russian Academy of Arts in Kazan under the guidance of Kh.A. Yakupova. At the same time, the artist became the executive secretary of the Union of Artists of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Since 2003 - a member of the Union of Artists.
2003-2013 - management of the Art City creative studio.
Since 2011 he taught at the branch of the Surikov Institute in Kazan, since 2014 - Chairman of the Creative Association of Young Artists at the Artists' Union in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Ilnur Siraziev is the Chairman of the "Union of Artists of Russia" in Tatarstan.
Participant of exhibitions "Big Volga" and republican exhibitions dedicated to the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan.
