In 1991 Kirill Malkov graduated from the Institute of painting, sculpture, and architecture. by I. E. Repin, faculty of architecture in the workshop of Professor V. S. Volonsevich.
Since 1998 Kirill is a member of the Union of artists of Russia.
Participant in the city and international exhibitions.
