Nikolay Predein - sculptor and graphic artist, member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1997. Born in 1951, in d. Experienced Stantiating district of Kurgan region.

Nikolai Predein's works are held in private collections (Yekaterinburg, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Budapest, Chicago, Tokyo, Paris), as well as in state collections: in the State Russian Museum, in the Mikhailovskoe state Museum-reserve, in the A. A. Bakhrushin Theater Museum.

Author of the Golden statuette "Casta Diva"("Russian Opera award"), which was awarded to Valery Gergiev, Galina Vishnevskaya, Evgeny Nesterenko, Irina Arkhipova, and others.

Author of the Diaghilev prize at the Diaghilev seasons International festival. Perm-Petersburg-Paris". Author of the prize "for the best stone-cutting art", "Mistress of the Copper Mountain", "Golden antelope", "Silver Antelope". Author of illustrations for "Dead souls" by N. V. Gogol (anniversary edition, Moscow, 2009).
