The Artist Valentin Efremov

Valentin Efremov was born in 1932 in Sverdlovsk. Graduated from Construction College with a degree in Architecture. Worked in Verkhoturye as a construction technician. Graduated from the Tomsk Military School with a degree in anti-aircraft gunner. Valentin served in the Far East, in the Belarusian Military District. For 32 years, he worked in Uralgipromez - reconstructed and developed old Ural metallurgical enterprises. The artist became the chief architect of the project of many factories. In the 60s became interested in painting. Traveled a lot. Wrote over 1000 landscape works dedicated to Poldnevaya. Now Valentin Efremov is living in Yekaterinburg.
