Anatoly Dymant was born in 1985 in Sevastopol. A member of the Russian Union of Artists, Professional Russian Union of Artists, National Russian Union of Artists.

Works are held in Sevastopol Art Museum named after Kroshitsky, in Museum of Memorial Complex "35 Shore Battery" in Sevastopol, in private collections. 

Laureate of international competitions in painting:
-2nd place in the nomination "Realistic painting" on the International Competition of painting "Russian Art Week" (Moscow, Moscow House of Artist, spring 2010) 
- 3d place in the nomination "Experimental and avant-garde painting" on the international competition of painting "Petersburg Art Week"(Saint Petersburg House of Artist, 2010)
